Do you wish to dig deeper into our DigiCarmel archive?
DigiCarmel is the online platform and digital database of the Order of Discalced Carmelites. It provides access to a vast global archive of publications, research, and historical documents, creating a shared resource for the study and preservation of Carmelite heritage.
Mount Carmel has been publishing quarterly paper editions since 1953. Over the years, we have accumulated a wealth of material on every aspect of Carmelite spirituality—more than 1,000 articles, along with hundreds of poems and book reviews.
Throughout this time, we have been privileged to feature some of the best-known contemporary commentators on Carmelite spirituality, including Ruth Burrows OCD, Barbara Dent OCDS, Julienne McLean, Conrad de Meester OCD, John Hughes OCD, Kieran Kavanaugh OCD, Jennifer Moorcroft, Joanne Mosley, Susan Muto, and Peter Tyler, among many others.
We are delighted that this rich spiritual resource—previously available only to a limited number of print subscribers—is now publicly accessible in a fully searchable digital format through our partnership with DigiCarmel.
