Join Mount Carmel’s dedicated team of volunteers!

Mount Carmel depends extensively on volunteers to support the operations of the website and magazine. Our volunteers are typically people who share the magazine’s Carmelite values and ethos, bring relevant skills and experience, and make a stable time commitment to the project.

We sometimes have volunteer opportunities in the areas listed below. 

• Editorial work, including writing, editorial review, section editing, and copy editing. 
• Communications, including marketing, outreach, and promotion. 
• Website maintenance, including sourcing of images and uploading of new content.
• Administration, including fund-raising, financial management, subscriber database management, and business operations.
